Winter* erzeugt und erm\u00f6glicht Patienten sehr viel schneller ihre Gehf\u00e4higkeit zur\u00fcckzugewinnen als mit konventionellen Therapiemethoden.** Durch eine realistische Simulation des physiologischen Gangbilds k\u00f6nnen die Patienten ihre Mobilit\u00e4t und ihre Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit im Alltag zur\u00fcckgewinnen. <\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>aktive Modus<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht dem Patienten die Gangsimulation durch \u00dcberwindung zuvor ausgew\u00e4hlter Widerstandsschwellen selbst zu beginnen. Sie wird erzeugt durch Bewegungsaufnahmedaten (MoCap-Daten) und berechnet nach der Blondel-Regel f\u00fcr eine Treppenstufe von 18 cm H\u00f6he (2xStufenh\u00f6he + Stufentiefe = 65 cm).
