Die statistische Analyse des Prim\u00e4rergebnisses (Ganggeschwindigkeit) ergab statistisch signifikate Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Versuchsgruppe. Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr die Schrittl\u00e4nge. In der Kontrollgruppe waren keine statistisch signifikanten Verbesserungen zu beobachten.
